Refund & Return Policy

At PakCart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy refunds and returns.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and unused, with original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable: perishable goods, customized products, or items marked non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product).

3. Damaged / Defective Items

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Provide photo evidence of the damage or defect.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

4. How to Return

  1. Email us at contact@pakcart.pk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  3. Send the item to the address provided by our support team.
